It was my greatest fear,

That she’ll not be near,

That the one who was so dear,

Will no longer be here!

I don’t know how time flew,

And now it has come true,

I wish I could get through,

But I don’t know what to do!

There were things I wanted to say,

But now there is no way,

So all I can do is pray,

That she’ll come to me some day!
